Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.


All prices listed are in GB pounds sterling and payments taken in this currency.

We accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and American EXpress. We do not charge for any non-special order item until it is ready to ship. Special order items are charged for on the day of order. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to send your card details via secure shopping cart, you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

With the exception of goods which are special orders, consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days without reason,provided the pump has not been connected to a water supply. The 7 days start when the goods are received.
Shipping And Handling Shipping And Handling Orders are normally shipped by Fed Ex UK. For Credit card orders we will only deliver to the address on the Credit Card. A signature is always required for the goods.

All orders over £50 ex VAT are delivered free to a mainland UK destination.(Excludes Highlands and Islands)

Delivery charge for Mainland UK orders costing up to and including £50.00 ex VAT is a minimum of £7.50 inc VAT

For stock items orders received before 2pm are generally despatched that day for next day delivery. However, we cannot guarantee next day delivery on the service which we use for general sales. - If you must have your goods next day please contact us by phone for details. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by non-delivery of orders by our carrier agents. If we are unable to despatch an order to arrive with the customer within 30 days of receiving the order, we will offer the customer the option of cancelling the order and having their money refunded.

If you have an export enquiry (eg Republic of Ireland) please contact us before placing the order. Currently the goods which are for sale in this catalogue are only sold for delivery to a mainland UK destination. All goods are available for export but the shipping charge will increase considerably and be quoted specifically on each order.

We guarantee to refund the price of any item returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of the customers receipt of their order. Delivery charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error, for example if the product was damaged or defective or the order was incorrectly fulfilled. It is important that you thoroughly inspect any goods you receive at the time of delivery, taking extra care to check for cosmetic damage or breakages before installing the item, and contact us as soon as possible should you find any fault. We will endeavour to replace or repair any faulty goods as quickly as possible.
